Corvus can set your vehicle into sleep mode reducing the current consumption to ~1 milliampere.
Set the vehicle in sleep mode:
- per button
- rc channel for sleep mode
- predefined sleep times with it’s internal real time clock (RTC)
Both batteries and 5V rails will be turned off.
To wake up there are several customizeable options:
- button
- predefined wake up time with corvus’s internal Real Time Clock
- use the interval timer which detects receiver connection (limited receiver compatibility (sbus) and increased current consumption)
- 3.3V output with an input trigger can be activated during sleep mode for further low power wake-up options
- charger connection can trigger a wake up
Besides conveniently extending the lifetime of your battery and electronic components, sleep mode is especially powerful for energy saving in off grid solutions and autonomous charging stations.
